What should I expect from a mobile massage treatment?
Following you booking an appointment you will be sent an email confirmation with a link to complete your consultation form. Please do this as soon as possible so that we can make sure it is safe and suitable for you to have a massage. It may be that I give you a call to discuss your needs and whether any medical conditions you have shared.
I will arrive around 5- 10 minutes prior to your appointment beginning so that I can get set up, review your consultation form and have a chat about what your treatment will involve.
I will bring everything needed with me- massage table, towels, oils, and some lovely spa music to help you be as relaxed as possible. Feel free to pop on a candle or diffuser to help create a relaxing atmosphere. (When a facial massage has been booked, you will need to provide a chair, usually just from the dining table).
How do I pay for my massage?
Cash or bank transfer is preferred, but we also accept card payments.
How much space do I need for a mobile massage?
Not as much space as you would think! All you need is an area of 6ft x 9ft or 2m x 3m.
What should I wear?
Depending on the type of massage you have booked will depend on what you will need to wear. For a full body massage, nit is usual for you to undress to your knickers or boxers. However, if you are not comfortable with this, adjustments can be made. For a facial massage you can stay full clothed or just take your top off and ladies can just fold their bra straps down.

I am worried about my weight, will your portable massage table be sturdy enough?
I currently use Portable-Lite tables which have a weight capacity of 35 stone. I have made an appointment but need to cancel- what do I do?
At Quiet Meadow, we understand that life can be unpredictable. If you find that you need to reschedule your appointment, please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you. However, for changes with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total treatment cost will apply. Thank you for understanding.
