A bit about me- My name is Amy, and I'm a Level 3 qualified OFQUAL/iTEC Massage Therapist. I set up Quiet Meadow to take massage where it is needed most! I love travelling around East Yorkshire setting up my massage table wherever it's needed to create a relaxing experience just for you. There's nothing better than bringing right to your doorstep!

I understand the challenges of achieving work-life balance, especially after spending 12 years in the public sector. I know the impact that having a stressful job and a busy home life has on our bodies, and so I created Quiet Meadow, born from my desire to create a warm, healing, and nurturing space for everyone.

This was my first ever massage, Amy made me feel really comfortable, relaxed and I felt she was very professional. I had a bad foot and Amy was very mindful of this and I experienced no discomfort. We had a good chat during the massage which helped me to feel relaxed. After the massage I felt relaxed and had a 2 hour nap! When I was at work the next day, I could feel that my shoulders felt less tight when I was typing."
